LA Wine Havens Worth Visiting
Los Angeles has quietly become one of the most rewarding cities in the U.S. for serious wine drinkers. Tucked between buzzy bistros and neighborhood favorites are restaurants and wine bars where the lists go deep—without leaning too hard on trends. If you’re planning a food-focused weekend with fellow industry friends, these five spots offer strong wine programs, thoughtful selections, and just enough personality to keep things interesting, without the sticker shock.
1. Anajak Thai – Sherman Oaks
Tucked away in the Valley, Anajak has become one of LA’s most talked-about destinations—for good reason. The menu is Thai-Californian with some serious ambition, but the wine list is what turns heads in the trade. Expect a deep stash of off-the-beaten-path classics: aged Riesling from Keller, back vintages of Rhône, and plenty of grower Champagne. Pricing is fair for the city, and if you can snag a reservation for Thai Taco Tuesday, you’ll be pairing duck laab with Chablis like a local.
Wine Pro Tip: The team here knows their stuff—if you’re indecisive, just ask and let them surprise you.

2. Republique – Miracle Mile
This isn’t just a restaurant with a good wine list—it’s one of the most respected food and beverage pairings in the city. Housed in a historic building that feels almost cathedral-like, Republique’s French-leaning list is curated with intention. You’ll find deep verticals of Burgundy, a solid Old World backbone, and a by-the-glass menu that’s constantly evolving. The staff is trained, attentive, and knows how to talk to industry folks without the fluff.
Wine Pro Tip: If you’re with a group, go for magnums. They’re often priced surprisingly reasonably.

3. Sushi Note – Sherman Oaks
One of the rare spots where both the wine and sushi are taken equally seriously. Sushi Note leans traditional on the food side, but the wine list is where it gets playful. Expect Champagne, aged whites, and reds that aren’t afraid of umami. The sommeliers work closely with the chefs, and every pairing is intentional—even if it breaks “rules.” It’s intimate, refined, and well worth the drive from central LA.
Wine Pro Tip: Ask about off-menu pours or library bottles—they often hold a few gems behind the bar.

4. Mirabelle Wine Bar – Valley Village
A hidden favorite in the Valley with a list that punches far above its weight. Mirabelle offers a rotating, tightly curated wine selection with producers focused on quality over marketing trends. You’ll find expressive Burgundy, thoughtful West Coast picks, and a handful of European bottles that rarely make it onto lists this side of the Atlantic. It’s cozy, the pricing is kind, and the crowd is refreshingly casual.
Wine Pro Tip: This is a perfect spot for a low-key evening of bottle-sharing with friends—corkage is friendly and staff is approachable.

5. Buvette – Sherman Oaks
A cozy, candlelit counter‑service bar sister to Vintage Wine + Eats. Buvette offers an eclectic wine list of around 50 bottles by the glass—spanning Champagne, Burgundy, Loire, and California. It’s snug and warm, with sommelier‑run service, charcuterie, sparkling‑wine happy hour, and often weekend flute pours on offer
Wine Pro Tip: Take advantage of weekday happy hour (4–6 PM Monday–Friday) for sparkling wine paired with caviar or cheese, elevated but easy on the wallet.

In a city that often feels more style than substance, these wine-centric venues strike a rare balance: lists that impress, service that knows what it’s doing, and settings that let the wine lead the conversation. For wine professionals or simply the wine-curious, this is LA at its best.

Sid Patel, CEO and Founder of Beverage Trade Network and Drinks Guides, says “launching the city based Drinks Guide’s 3 years ago was very much part of a long term strategy to find the most effective and efficient way to work with producers and brand owners, in connecting them with end consumers globally.”
“After 3 years of building our Drinks Guides’ audience and social media presence, we talked to the producers who enter our ratings and come to our trade shows on how we can bridge the gap between brands and consumers. One of the problems brands faced was to get into the consumers’ shopping lists, or even home bars. They struggled with promoting their brand based key factors like pairings, cocktail recipes, drinking recommendations etc.” says Sid Patel.
He added: “This is exactly the direction we wanted to go in building our direct to consumer platform. We launched the guides 3 years ago and in 6 cities (more cities to come soon). It was great to test content that works in each city and what the consumers wanted in each city. With the focus to showcase people of the city, what’s on, where to drink in each city, and where to get those drinks, we now are ready to add company profiles and brand profiles with the launch of Ratings”.
Global Drinks Guide is quietly making an impact on those drinks enthusiasts who are keen to find out more about the wines, spirits and beers they like to drink – and then go out and discover more in the right bars, and restaurants in their cities. The Global Drinks Guide’s tagline is ‘Where Drink Culture Lives’ and is broken down into Where to drink; What to drink; Things to do; and Brand features including brand stories, interviews of spirit/wine makers, highlighting distillers and brewers.

From the Hills and Heart of Tuscany
There is often an added pressure to prove your mettle when you come from a lineage of people who have excelled at the same task for generations altogether. That is exactly what Mr. Marco Santori has always called the challenge for Tenuta Santori, a winery based in Ripatransone in Italy. Having grown up in the fascinating region of Piceno, rich in winemaking history and full of surreal views, Marco was always fascinated with the world of wines. He took this fascination up as his field of work and upon completing his degree in viticulture and enology, went on to gain some great work experience in other top wine regions of the world, Spain, California, and France.
While gaining all the knowledge about the world and business of wine, the calling of his motherland was growing stronger every passing day and thus Marco Santori decided to return to his beloved Italy and start his own winery in Ripatransone. The winery stands camouflaged between the splendid hills and is home to twenty-five hectares of vineyards and olive groves where native varieties of Sangiovese, Passerina, Montepulciano, Pecorino, and Trebbiano are grown. The winery’s challenge, as Marco says, lies in creating wines that stand proud of their Italian heritage while also containing characteristics of the wines Marco learned about during his time away from home.
Along with Marco Santori, there is Mr. Pierluigi Lorenzetti, the winemaker at Tenuta Santori who brings the vision of Marco to life with his astute knowledge and love for wines. When Marco decided to bring Tenuta Santori to life, his immediate thought was of getting Pierluigi on board so that the Santori family could bring glory to the lands of Ripatransone with their wines crafted to great detail by a friend, who shared the same passion for the craft as Marco Santori himself.

Among their collection of wines is the Offida Pecorino which brought laurels to the winery when it was awarded a gold medal at the 2020 USA Wine Ratings with 90 points in a competition where wines are ranked based on their quality, value, and packaging. Obtained from the pure indigenous variety of pecorino grapes, the Offida Pecorino has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The wine has great flavor and minerality and is characterized by the location of the vineyard that benefits from the marine and saline currents nearby. Manually harvested and aged in steel barrels, the Offida Pecorino has a 13% ABV and retains great texture.
Among the other great wines of Tenuta Santori are the:
Red Piceno Superiore, a hybrid of 65% Montepuliciano and 35% Sangiovese containing hints of black cherry, ripe red fruit, and plum along with pleasant spicy notes.
Passerina, which as the name so easily suggests is made completely from Passerina grapes and has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. An ideal aperitif or meal wine, it has good acidity and persistence at the mouth.
The Offida Rosso DOCG, a 100% Montepulciano red wine with a long and tannic finish that stays with you for a long time.
The Moon, another 100% Passerina full of fresh, lively, and intense aromas and a light lemon yellow color. A sparkling wine from the house of Santori.

Apart from their fantastic wines, Tenuta Santori also offers a great sight of the Piceni Hills where the vineyards stand tall and proud, ready to welcome all wine aficionados who come with beaming smiles. The cellars have been made using the best technology with an eye for no environmental impact and performing to the optimum while the tasting room is a delight to be in. Made from materials like old pomegranate trunks and such recycled materials, the tasting room is quaint and inviting, with a sure touch of Marco’s grandfather Lorenzo.
Visit them to enjoy their beautiful wines, the breathtaking views of the surroundings, and more than anything else, to enjoy the company of all you hold dear as you watch the sunset and the lights and the smiles light up the atmosphere.

Clean, Green, Award-Winning Gins
If you were to be given a blind tasting of any of the gins produced by Mycroft Gin distillery, you would probably think that it has been a recipe handed down by generations. The reality however couldn’t be further from that. Established only in 2019, Mycroft Gin has quickly established itself as a name to be recognized within the gin and spirits industry. The distillery was among the biggest winners at the 2020 USA Spirits Ratings as all three of their gins scored highly from the judges based on their quality, packaging, and value.
The team at Mycroft is all about using the local resources at their disposal for making their gin. The spring water is locally sourced, and along with it comes an inventive use of ingredients that makes their gin such an inviting prospect to drink. While producing their gin, the folks over at Mycroft also believe in helping the environment in all possible manners, with their distillation process in Scotland taking place using 95% green energy. The highland water comes from a few miles away from the distillery, and from Scotland comes a gin that audiences have already come to love.
At the 2020 USA Spirits Ratings, all three of Mycroft’s gins were among the winners. All three of them scored highly from the judges with two of them winning gold medals and one just missing out on it and settling on a silver. The criteria for judging included three main factors, being quality, value, and packaging with the total score being 100 points. For Mycroft Gin, all three of their gins scored highly in all three criteria. Here is how they fared individually and what you can expect from them individually when you get round to having them.
Emporium 1: The Emporium 1 scored 92 points and won a gold medal at the 2020 USA Spirits Ratings. It is inspired by tropical getaways and contains eleven quality botanicals, including the likes of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica roots, lemon peels, almonds to name a few, and also includes nuts. At the nose, the Emporium 1 is very enticing, floral, and tropical with the flavors of orange peel and hibiscus dominating. The palate is very smooth and there is a real sweet edge to the gin but that gets balanced perfectly with the juniper seeds and spices of cassia quills. If you add a tonic to the Emporium 1, you have yourselves a great sundowner drink.
Mycroft Gin, Source Facebook
Emporium 2: Inspired by the rose-scented days and containing eight quality botanicals, the Emporium 2 was also awarded a gold medal at the 2020 USA Spirits Ratings as it scored 91 points overall. Along with juniper berries, coriander seeds, and angelica root, Emporium 2 also contains orange peels, almonds, star anise, rosehip, and hemp. At the nose, the Emporium 2 has a hint of spice from the orient while the palate is very smooth and floral with spicy star anise which gives this gin a sweet and spicy edge that gets balanced out by the juniper seeds. Notes of juniper, coriander, and orange peel come through very quickly and it makes Emporium 2 a quaff gin to have.
Emporium 3: With an overall score of 88 points from the judges, this honey bees, Scottish highlands, and summer meadows inspired gin was awarded a silver medal at the 2020 USA Spirits Ratings. Containing botanicals such as nutmeg, lavender, cubeb, mint, royal Deeside honey, and lemon peel along with Mycroft staples juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, and almonds, the Emporium 3 gives away notes of floral lavender, sweet honey, and a hint of mint at the nose. The palate is full of smooth juniper and creamy almonds with the royal Deeside honey complementing the balance with lavender. Its refreshing finish comes from the cubeb, juniper, and mint and that makes Emporium 3 a great sipping gin.
All the three gins from Mycroft Gin contain nuts.
The distillery plans to enter the US markets in 2021 and is looking forward to having discussions with retailers and restaurants. They have a great distributor network in the UK, with their products available on Amazon, Shopify, The Gin to my Tonic store, and Master of Malt along with bars and restaurants and in Lost Loch Spirits retail store. To not miss out on any of their updates, make sure you follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
An emerging distillery that has put its best foot forward in just two years of operations, Mycroft Gin and its three Emporiums belong on the shelves of retailers and restaurants all over the world.

Aldi Wines Garner Great Success at USA Wine Ratings
It is never a given that great quality and high prices go hand in hand. There are always occasions when a quality product is hiding in plain sight, and at a very reasonable cost. One supermarket chain has stuck to the guiding principle that great quality shouldn’t come at a high price, rather, great quality can indeed come at everyday prices. This chain is Aldi!
For over forty years, Aldi has kept the very same principle at its heart, even with their private label wine brands. Private label wines have built quite a good reputation for providing quality pours at a reasonable rate. How do we decide whether the wines are quality or not? For Aldi, this happened at 2021 USA Wine Ratings, where they won an impressive 16 awards including the coveted Best Wine by Value award.
The USA Wine Ratings is a prominent wine judging competition that shines the spotlight on wines and wine brands that excel in the quality they offer to the drinker. To earn a place on a restaurant’s wine list or on a retailer’s shelf, these wines have to impress judges on the criteria of quality, value and packaging. These are the three parameters drinkers tend to look at when buying wines, whether at restaurants or from retailers shelves. And doing this is no easy feat because of the names that judge these wines.
The 2021 edition of the USA Wine Ratings truly set a benchmark for global wine judging competitions by bringing together 12 Masters of Wine as judges. Among those judges were Tim Hanni MW (USA’s first Master of Wine); Tim Marson MW (Senior Buyer at Wine.com) and Pat Andress (Wine Product Developer, Trader Joe’s Company). The judging panel consists of names of people who have made a career in the wine world, and are known for their knowledge and experience. In what was a very broad set of wines, this noteworthy list of judges blind-tasted and rated wines from over 100 varietals and over 1000 wines. Aldi Inc. was among the biggest winners at the competition with its tally of 16 medals and the prestigious Best Wine by Value award.

The Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon and Outlander Meritage Red Blend
Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon
Aldi Inc.’s highest-scoring wine at the 2021 USA Wine Ratings with 94 points, the Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon was also conferred with the Best Wine by Value award at the competition. On the nose, the cabernet sauvignon has aromas of blackberry compote, green bell pepper and fresh herbs. On the palate, the gold medal winner is balanced and poised, driven by savory nuances of tomato leaf, vanilla and cedar. The Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with beef tenderloin, turkey pot pie or au gratin potatoes.
Outlander Meritage Red Blend
Boasting flavors of plum, blackberry, anise and hints of vanilla, the Outlander Meritage Red Blend followed closely behind Peaks & Tides Cabernet Sauvignon with a score of 93 points. Full-bodied, bold and opulent, this red blend pairs impeccably with a prime rib, grilled and smoked meats or red sauce pasta.
Peaks & Tides Pinot Noir
Cherry pie, blackberry and vanilla nuances unveil the wine to drinkers. Layered with notes of dark berries, baking spices and dried herbs, the Peaks & Tides Pinot Noir scored 89 points and a silver medal at the 2021 USA Wine Ratings. There are also luscious flavors of raspberries, strawberries and allspice to the wine. Ideal food pairing options for this pinot noir would be a truffle risotto, mushroom and beef tenderloin or thyme and goats cheese potatoes.
Belletti Sparkling Moscato Rosé
This super easy to drink rosé has a nose of strawberries, bright cherries and pomegranate. Candied cherry and strawberry notes give the 88 points scoring wine a very sweet note that will appeal enormously to a sweet-toothed consumer. The Belletti Sparkling Moscato Rosé is best enjoyed as an aperitif, on its own or with fresh fruits and desserts.

The Peaks & Tides Pinot Noir and Belletti Sparkling Moscato Rosé
Aside from these four high-scoring wines, there were twelve other wines that were recognized at the 2021 USA Wine Ratings.
- Exquisite Collection Sauvignon Blanc- Silver
- Belletti Prosecco DOC- Silver
- 30 Miles Cabernet Sauvignon- Silver
- Exquisite Collection Malbec- Silver
- Quarter Cut Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon- Silver
- Intermingle Red Blend- Silver
- The Tudor Shiraz- Silver
- Exquisite Collection Cotes de Provence Rosé- Silver
- Peaks & Tides Chardonnay- Silver
- Exquisite Collection Chardonnay- Silver
- Outlander Cabernet Sauvignon- Bronze
- Bear Bros Cabernet Sauvignon- Bronze
Aldi’s win at the 2021 USA Wine Ratings is a great example of how private label brands and retailers are quickly upping their game in what has become a very diverse and open industry. The lower price point is obviously a big attraction for drinkers, but the bigger reason why brands like Aldi and Lidl are becoming strong competitors in the market is down to the great quality of wines they produce. However low the price of a wine, if the quality isn’t up to the mark, wine enthusiasts won’t look for them.
The Aldi name has become a worldwide success, with over 10,000 stores operating in more than 20 countries. In the United States, the brand has a presence in 36 states, operating over 2000 stores. Aldi’s success at such a reputed competition is proof of why the brand is changing drinkers perception of wines available at supermarkets. Their US market has grown significantly since their first store was opened in Iowa in 1976. The next time you visit an Aldi store, stock up on these award-winning wines. Wines that have the stamp of approval from Masters of Wine.

Move Over Gin, Hello Tonic
When we think tonic, we probably think of gin first. Over the past few years, the classic G&T that was once deemed ‘boring’ has picked quite the popularity amongst drinkers. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, in your garden chair, or enjoying a drink at the pub, you might be sporting a G&T in hand, or see a few of them floating around.
Classic G&T, source: PicJumbo
But today we’re not here to talk about what we think of as the hero (gin) but the one-half of the duo that usually holds the status of sidekick, the mighty tonic.
The birth of tonic
The tale of tonic water takes us back to India in 1825 when stationed British Army officers started blending quinine with sugar and water to create a malaria-fighting medicine. Soon enough, it became popular as Indian tonic water.
The quinine used in the production of tonic water is extracted from the bark of the cinchona tree. Originally, the cinchona tree bark was only sourced from the Spanish colonies in South America but was later planted in India and Sri Lanka.
Soon after they made tonic, one of the army men mixed it with gin, creating the G&T, a perfect sundowner drink, which is now a classic amongst many drinkers.
A versatile mixer
Even though tonic was first mixed with gin, the quinine-based spritzer makes a great addition to many other cocktails. The bubbly aspect of tonic adds just the right amount of carbonation to any drink, making it a refreshing one at that.
Over the years, bartenders have used tonics in many cocktails, but it’s in these recent years that the mixer has gained more and more popularity in the bartending community. Now, many classic mixes are amped up with a dash of tonic like vodka-tonic, rum-tonic, tequila- tonic to name a few. Newer cocktails like the Indian Summer Cup made with elderflower liqueur as its base ingredient also sport the clear libation.
Tonics we love
The drinks industry has seen immense growth in the production of tonic, and there are many brands out there making their own. Classics like Schweppes and Canada Dry continue to top our list of favorites, but there are some new ones too that we’ve been loving lately.
Bengal Bay
Made with quinine sourced from Peru, Bengal Bay tonic water pays an ode to the Bay of Bengal in the Indian subcontinent. Other ingredients in this tonic like lime and oranges are sourced from India itself, giving it the true meaning of ‘Indian Tonic Water’.
Fever-Tree Tonic
One of the most popular tonic brands out there is Fever-Tree, and there is a reason for it! Not only do they make a great tonic, but they also have a range of tonics with flavors like elderflower, grapefruit, lime, and more. Fever-Tree tonics make great mixers and have become a staple in most drinkers’ refrigerators.
Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Did you know craft tonic water is a thing? Well, it is. In addition to their classic Indian Tonic Water, Top Note also makes grapefruit and lime-flavored tonic water, grapefruit soda, ginger beer, bitter lemon, and club soda.
Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. Tonic Water
Jack Rudy made its name amongst the drinks industry with its many syrups, the most notable being their tonic syrup. Now the brand is home to cane sugar and citrus-based tonic water, ready to refresh your drinks.
Q Tonic Water
Q Tonic Water is known for the addition of agave instead of sugar, which sets this tonic apart from others, and also results in the least amount of sugar per serving.
Cocktails with Tonic Water that are not a variation of the G&T
Berry Punch
Recipe by Yummly
What’s better than an award-winning Rosé, fresh berries, and Fever-Tree tonic water? How about all of them together?
Ingredients:
For the berry cubes:
Pick out the berries and rinse gently in a bowl, pat dry, and set aside about 3-1/2 ounces of mixed berries. Spread remaining berries in 2 ice cube trays and top up with some mineral water. Chill the rest of the mineral water. Put ice cube trays in the freezer and freeze for about 2 hours.
For the punch:
Cut the lime in half, squeeze juice, and add to a punch bowl. Put the reserved berries in the punch bowl. Sprinkle in powdered sugar and drizzle with liqueur. Rinse lemon balm, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Set some aside for garnishing. Chop the remaining, add to the berries and let the mixture rest for about 40 minutes in the refrigerator. Pour remaining mineral water and tonic water over the berries. Pour in the chilled wine. Carefully loosen the berry ice cubes from the ice cube trays and add them to the bowl. Garnish with lemon balm leaves and serve immediately.
Summer Tonic
Recipe by Liquor.com
When we say this is summer in a glass, you may take our word for it.
Ingredients:
Fill a large snifter with ice, then add the rum, amaro, and lemon juice. Top with the tonic water and stir briefly and gently to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Fresh Orange Vodka Tonic
Recipe by The Fitchen
Vodka-tonic is a favorite of many but can be slightly bitter if not made right. Add some orange juice and you’ve got yourself a delicious refresher.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. fresh orange juice
- 4 oz. vodka (Try Papo Js Lambanog Vodka, 95 points, Bartenders Spirits Awards)
- Tonic water (Try Canada Dry Tonic Water)
Fresh Ginger-lime tonic
Recipe by Love & Olive Oil
For those who are cutting down on alcohol but still want to enjoy tonic water, this alcohol-free ginger-lime-tonic mix is a must-try.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces fresh ginger, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup lime juice (from 2-3 limes)
- 2 (8oz) cans of club soda
- 1-ounce tonic syrup (Try Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup)
Combine frozen ginger and water in a blender. Turn on and gradually increase speed to high; blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until no large chunks remain. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl, pressing out the liquid with a spoon or spatula. Rinse out the blender with another few tablespoons of water and pour through the sieve. You should have just over 1/2 cup of juice. Fill 4 12-ounce glasses with ice. To each glass, add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) ginger juice, 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice, and 1/4 ounce (1/2 tablespoon) tonic syrup. Stir to combine. Top with 3-4 ounces of club soda. If you find this too spicy, add a splash of simple syrup to sweeten the drink.

Beverage Trade Network’s Global Drinks Guide introduces “Ratings” with the aim to connect brands with end consumers.
Brands will now be able to list their products, get ratings from professional judges and offer consumers detailed information that engages them within their own city via London Drinks Guide, New York Drinks Guide, Los Angeles Drinks Guide, Chicago Drinks Guide, San Francisco Drinks Guide, Paris Drinks Guide
After about 3 years of launching local London Drinks Guide, Los Angeles Drinks Guide, Chicago Drinks Guide, San Francisco Drinks Guide, Paris Drinks Guide, and more, the platform Global Drinks Guide is now ready to help brands connect with their global audience.
For the 2023 annual listing and ratings for the Global Drinks guides, the entry period will be from December 19, 2022, to March 10, 2023.
Sid Patel, CEO and Founder of Beverage Trade Network and Drinks Guides, says “launching the city-based Drinks Guides 3 years ago was very much part of a long-term strategy to find the most effective and efficient way to work with producers and brand owners, in connecting them with end consumers globally.”
What is the Global Drinks Guide?
Global Drinks Guide ratings is a brand score that professional bartenders, sommeliers, bar owners, and spirit/wine buyers give to a brand based on its Quality, Value, and Package. The score is calculated out of 100 and then a star rating is given based on the final score. Judges will provide professional tasting notes along with rating scores which will then be displayed along with the judges’ details, aiming to give solid credibility to the reviews.
Brands can submit their products via the Global Submission Portal, select the beverage type and select the city they want to publish the brand along with other brand information to be displayed.
Brands will also be able to submit detailed product information, along with direct links of retail outlets and online portals to shop the said products. This will generate new business opportunities for the brand and bridge the gap between them and the consumer.
Benefits that we want to share and you would want to know!
1. Inspire trust, grow your business, and build your community of drinks enthusiasts.
2. Get professional tasting notes from the best judges in the industry and display them along with your brand-enhancing credibility.
3. You will also be able to support your local merchants, local bars and restaurants by adding them to the ‘where to buy’ section in your brand page which will help drive traffic to your customers and build a sense of loyalty with the outlet.
4. You will be able to access Ratings in your entrant zone where you will be able to control which products you want to display in which cities after you get your results.
5. You will get a complimentary digital certificate that you can use in your marketing and promotions.

Production Process
Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative undergoes a meticulous production process that begins with the individual distillation of each botanical to extract its unique flavors. The carefully distilled botanicals are then blended in precise proportions, ensuring a balanced and complex whiskey alternative. Following the blending stage, the final blend undergoes microfiltration in batches to refine and clarify the liquid, resulting in a smooth and clean product. Throughout the production process, rigorous quality control measures are implemented to maintain consistency and uphold the desired flavor profile of Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative.
Here is what drinks experts have to say
Shirley Brooks (Bartender at Madrone Art Bar)
Shirley describes the whiskey alternative as, “Light and bright on the nose. Clean mouthfeel. Notes of lemon, charred bbq, and tea. Hints of caramel and vanilla on the palate. Slightly sweet and not aggressively spicy like some other n/a options out there.”
Nora Furst (Beverage professional with roots in SF and The PNW)
“For evening sipping with grilled meats”, says Nora. She adds, “Toasted oak and hazelnut. Plum and apricot notes. Light and smoky on the palate.”
